Pradeep Singh

PostDoc / Engineer at INRIA Center, Université Côte d’Azur, working on machine learning for biology data, small foundation models, representation learning, and translational AI systems.

My research sits at the intersection of biomedical AI, structured and multimodal data modeling, and deployable research software. I am currently focused on building practical machine learning methods for biology-related data and scientific use cases.

During my PhD in AI for Healthcare at IIIT Delhi, I contributed to the SAFE-ICU data resource and a broader ecosystem of predictive models, multimodal monitoring pipelines, and deployable ICU AI tools. My work spans pediatric critical care, early warning systems, thermal imaging, drug-drug interaction detection, and healthcare data harmonization.
